GENERAL INFORMATION 8484 Wilshire Blvd. 711 We are located at the southeast corner of Wilshire and La Cienega Boulevards. Valet parking is available, although the Consulate does NOT validate the ticket. Street parking is generally available, though with some restrictions. Please scroll down to the end of this page for driving directions. Working Hours: The Consulate is open daily on weekdays during regular business hours, but takes walk-ins only from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 5pm. Visa services are available from 9am to 1pm for applications, and from 3pm to 5pm for visa pick-ups. The Consulate regrets it cannot make special arrangements for your visa application or pick-up due to the high volume of applications. Jurisdiction: The Consulate General in Los Angeles has responsibility over the States of Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, and California. In California, this Consulate has jurisdiction over the following counties: Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura. If you do not currently live in any of these places, click here to find the appropriate Consulate or Embassy for your area.
